When you use the booking form on this site, we collect the information you enter: first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), the package you're booking, event type, event date, group size, and any add-ons you select (Accessory Kit, VIP Gentleman Pass). We also record which package a given form submission was for and the total price shown to you at the time.
Booking submissions are sent directly to Georgio's Tuxedo staff so they can text or call you to confirm your fitting appointment, as described on the booking form itself. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The booking form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend service. When you submit the booking form, your entered information is sent to Formspree's servers and forwarded to Georgio's Tuxedo by email. See Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle submitted data.
If online payment is turned on for a booking, you'll be redirected to a Clover-hosted checkout page to pay a deposit or your package total. Card details are entered directly on Clover's secure page — they never pass through or get stored on this site.
If Google Analytics (GA4) is configured for this site, it collects standard, aggregated usage data — pages viewed, and booking-funnel events like opening the booking form or submitting it — to help us understand how people use the site. It does not receive the contents of your booking form submission.
